In Order to Collect Signatures You Must Be Registered To Vote in the State of Ohio.

Each PDF you create can only contain residents from one county per PDF.
Please create seperate PDFs for each county.

Step 1:

To begin, you can either import your existing saved list or click the ‘Add New’ button to add a person. Each person you add will be added to your final PDF. You can choose to leave fields blank if you would like blank rows inserted for filling out by hand later. Any contacts you add to your ‘Collect Signatures’ form will automatically be added to your personal list here. This also includes any blank rows you add.

Step 2:

After you have added all of your rows, click the done button. This will give you the option to download your PDF or select to have your PDF mailed to you. ONLY choose an option if you are ready to submit your ‘Collect Signatures’ form for download or mail request.

Step 3:

After you have your printed copies of the petitions and your signatures, the next step is to mail them here at:
